Individual Therapy

Sometimes you feel that no one else could understand what you are going through; or you falsely believe that you are the only one walking the stressful road you are on.  Individual therapy is actually the two of us working together to help you reach your goals and get you back to where you want to be.  Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting or simply wanting to be heard because no one else hears you, individual therapy can help.
